Leopoldstrasse 9-15, 6210 Sursee

In Sursee, a residential and commercial building with a public parking garage was built near the train station.
A total of 91 condominiums, 800 m2 of commercial space and a public parking garage with 384 parking spaces were handed over to the owners.
The building is characterized by various special features. 11 floors (3+8) were built. From the 2nd floor onwards, the volume is built around a central, green courtyard. The four facades are finished with ceramic tiles, special plaster and trapezoidal sheet metal inserts and have a different color on each side. Recessed loggias support the architectural language.
