A new residential quarter with a total of 234 apartments over seven floors was built on Ziegeleiweg. In addition to a classic mix of apartments, the ten-story building N1 offers small apartments with flexible room layouts as well as apartments that are particularly suitable for shared accommodation. The particularly spacious entrance area of the building is reminiscent of a hotel lobby or lounge and invites you to relax and meet people.
The apartments in the six-story building N2 impress with heated seasonal rooms that can be converted into a loggia in summer. Since the staircases are offset from the floors, spacious meeting rooms are also created here. The communal roof terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of the region rounds off the whole thing.
