With the Mülimatt development in Oberwil ZG, the Association of the Brothers of Mercy of Maria Hilf has built a development with 35 rental and 24 owner-occupied apartments. The project by the Zurich office Baumann Roserens Architekten emerged as the winner of a competition. A special feature is the beautifully structured, durable metal facade in three different colors.
